Updates the Nextcloud Helm chart to the latest dependency and aligns chart metadata.

• Upgrade dependencies.nextcloud from 7.0.2 to 8.9.0; refresh Chart.lock (digest and generated timestamp)
• Bump chart version to 0.0.100 and appVersion to 32.0.5 in Chart.yaml
• Append CHANGELOG.md entries for 0.0.82–0.0.100
