This PR fixes a bug where sitemap URLs were being generated with double slashes due to improper string concatenation. The issue caused URLs like https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/sitemap//sitemap4.xml.gz instead of the correct https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/sitemap/sitemap4.xml.gz.

An extra slash is being added which cause an error when trying to access.
