What you are seeing in this comment is the result of the add_jira_comments_for_changes step.

I would suggest you add

        - maybe_update_issue_resolution
        - maybe_update_issue_status

to both new and existing sections

and use status and resolution maps (as in your PR or taken from another project)

Although I removed the add_jira_comments_for_changes step, it seems like they're still being added: see https://mozilla-hub.atlassian.net/browse/DENG-7690?focusedCommentId=997006

@leplatrem any way to disable these?
