• combine-igcs.exe now makes Tacview show "callsign flight started/ended" events when reaching the respective callsign's first/last location fix;

• The new --version command will now show the executable's current version number and release date (it is also written to .acmi metadata);

• combine-igcs.exe now sorts flight logs by first fix time, which allows Tacview to auto-select the first aircraft to take off when loading an .acmi;

• Fixed uppercase .IGC file endings not being considered as valid .igc files;

• Fixed aircraft appearing as small boxes on Tacview if "glider type" is not set in the .igc (aircraft can still show as boxes if type is not recognized by Tacview, an issue which can only be worked around in the future);
