This change improves the README.md file to be more comprehensive and welcoming to new contributors. It adds a better structure, more context about the project, and preserves all the important commands and instructions. This change also fixes the Playwright tests, which were failing due to an incorrect URL in the `page.goto()` calls. The tests now navigate to the correct `baseUrl`, ensuring they run correctly. The test fixes are included to ensure the project's tests remain in a passing state.
