Change the pipeline samplesheet header to match Skilift's Cohort schema

Description of feature

Currently, the pipeline samplesheet requires specific header names (defined in schema_input.json https://github.com/mskilab-org/nf-gos/blob/main/assets/schema_input.json) to supply inputs.

These names should be consistent with those defined in the Skilift Cohort schema in order to promote compatibility. E.g when the user wants to construct a new samplesheet based on a subset of outputs via the Skilift Cohort constructor.
