• GenAI Adoption, Governance & Developer Enablement — leads practical GenAI adoption by running focused PoCs, building demo pipelines and delivering hands-on training that turn AI capabilities into immediate engineering improvements. Designs and prototypes agentic workflows and integrates tools like GitHub Copilot and MCP into developer pipelines to automate test generation, documentation, code reviews and architecture checks. Establishes prompt-engineering standards, lightweight governance guardrails and simple KPIs to track impact and control risk. Balances delivery with continuous experimentation and mentoring, iterating on real results to scale low-friction, high-value GenAI solutions while deepening domain expertise.

• Cross-stack & Languages — hands-on with .NET (core/.NET), Java / Spring Boot and JavaScript / Node.js; comfortable shifting between stacks to pick the right tool for the problem.

• Software Architecture & Patterns — design and implement microservices, event-driven systems, serverless components and cloud-native platforms; apply DDD to align models with business domains.

• Code Quality & Conventions — advocate SOLID principles, clean code practices and shared coding standards to keep codebases maintainable and reviewable.

• Testing & TDD — drive Test-Driven Development, comprehensive unit/integration/e2e test suites and test-first thinking across teams.

• Automation & CI/CD — build test automation throughout pipelines, enforce quality gates, and create repeatable release processes that reduce risk and accelerate delivery.
