Commit multiple creds with one click

This does the following:

• Makes handle-card-click on the frontend also pass through if the shift key was held
• Makes handle-card-click action set in the game state if the shift key was held
• Makes it so that when you need to pick credits, if you hold the shift key, it will keep selecting credits from that card for as long as possible (until there are no more credits to pay, or the card is drained)

Basically this lets some things that are otherwise annoying be a lot more convenient.
I know the presentation/routing of this could be improved, but I'm not sure of a smarter way to do it.
