I think this fits better in the Related Tools section, a few lines further down in the README. And for consistency it should be added to /docs/src/pages/en/drivers/drivers-table.mdx so it appears at https://vscode-sqltools.mteixeira.dev/en/home |

Add posthog-sqltools to readme
I know posthog isn't a database but I needed a way to use Cline to write my queries and run them right in the IDE. No hard feelings if it doesn't fit!
