Since 8.0 is dead, what do you think of dropping it? PHP 8.5 will be out in a few weeks, we could also add it to the matrix.

I want to keep 8.0 for a while longer, just to make people with old setups happy. If things start breaking, we can always reconsider.
Happy to add 8.5 as soon as it is out
