- Remove the renderer factory - it didn't reduce the Sonar cycle count anyway
- Build a customizable sub-query renderer which will reduce some extraneous garbage
- Several other small changes that will reduce intermediate garbage
Many usages of the select renderer are for sub queries - no need to build an intermediate statement provider in those cases.
It didn't reduce the Sonar cycles, and added unnecessary complexity
