1、修复必须设置setInputCounter才能输入的问题

2、输入框作废isCounterAllEn，替换为maxLengthType

  • maxLengthType默认按字节计算
  • maxLengthType=1，中英文
  • maxLengthType=2，英文

3、增加按字节计算最大长度
