PlaceboImagingMeta v1.0

First "release" of the Placebo Imaging MetaAnalysis code. The release was primarily created to make the repository citeable via Zenodo/DOI for the second analysis and publication performed on the data-set.

The analysis for the first publication (1), which was not released but simply shared as ongoing work is included.
Result images for the second analysis are available at: https://osf.io/n9mb3/
The raw data necessary to run the analysis are available with permission of the Placebo Imaging Consortium upon reasonable request (contact: tor.d.wager@dartmouth.edu, ulrike.bingel@uk-essen.de, or matthias.zunhammer@uk-essen.de)
