Add reading units (#57)

This PR adds reading units for ome-tiff and imagej-tiff.  

For ome-tiff it adds read scale for stack and time. 

~~I keep the decision to always return micrometers for spatial
dimensions
for ome-tiffs. Maybe we should change this?~~

**Edit @jni 2025-10-22:** Any un-annotated axes have "pixel" as their
unit now.
