After discussion on napari/napari#8603, we decided to put our logos and icons in this repo, so that we wouldn't have to store the PNG in the
napari/naparirepo.This PR adds the icons and updates the reference paths to the logos in the
recipe.yamlandbuild_installers.pyscript.
