Description

• Removes @explorer-1/nuxt as it was unused and bloating the repo
• Updates to node 24.13.0
• Updates all dependencies except Tailwind. Tailwind 4 drops support for older browsers, which we may still need. They are working on an update to add more support, but it isn't available yet. See their migration docs.

Instructions to test

1. Pull this branch
2. Delete your local node_modules folder in the repo root
3. pnpm i
4. make vue
5. make vue-storybook
6. make html-storybook
