Releases: nasa-jpl/tos2ca-containerization
v2.1
Thematic Observation Search, Segmentation, Collation and Analysis (TOS2CA) is a user-driven, data-centric system that identifies, collates, statistically characterizes, and serves Earth science data relevant to a given phenomenon. It facilitates the collation and analysis of data from disparate sources and makes it possible for scientists to establish science traceability requirements, quantify detection thresholds, define uncertainty requirements, and establish data sufficiency to formulate truly innovative missions and research investigations.
Version 2.1 of the software includes new features, primarily:
- Introduction of the AUX-GEOIR for identifying storms in GPM IMERG data; users can now select which algorithm they want to run on the data during the PhDef phase
- New and updated code to generate climatology/timeseries data, along with new plots in the visualization tool
- Minor bug fixes
v2.0
First public release of the containerization repository, as part of the overall TOS2CA Version 2 release. This release includes minor big fixes to previously released containers, as well as new containers for:
interpolation_driver: driver to interpolate the curated datadata_stationary_driver: curation driver (GPM and MERRA-2 only) for the stationary implementation of those curatorsinterpolation_stationary_driver: interpolation driver for the stationary implementation
There were also bug fixes to the other existing containers. These containers were tested, successfully:
- Sent to AWS ECR
- Run on AWS Fargate
- Results verified
