This seems to be using pattern matching to guess what the title should be as opposed to "generating" a title. I think the approach we should take here is actually using the same idea of an "input schema" that we use for gap analysis, but for tool call groupings, where the agent generates a title first and then proceeds with its sequence of tools. Let me know if you'd like to collab on this more closely.
