• Modifying the recipe to use binary releases instead of source code

• platform cleanup of kitchen.yml
• adding support for memory chunks in supevisor service management

Adding console templates

• re enabling console templates in supervisor service
• parametrizing prometheus installation directory

This version has been tested with centos 7.2 and rhel 6.
