## Q : Is it possible to prevent the get_meeting_reports task from running?

Answer : Yes, go to Site administration -> Server -> Scheduled tasks -> Get meeting report from Zoom -> Edit and check the Disabled checkbox to turn off the task.

**##Q: How to enable "Schedule for" field

Answer : Enable the "Schedule Privilege" option in settings. The scheduling privilege must also be granted directly in Zoom. The 30 people who are receiving the meetings would each need to grants scheduling privilege access to the 2 people who are doing the actual scheduling. Your Zoom administrator may be able to go to each of the 30 accounts and set the scheduling privilege access for the 2 schedulers, but otherwise, each person will need to do it themselves. "mod/zoom:addinstance" Capability should be enabled too.
