A repository administrator is required to create, change, or delete any settings for this plugin.

Click on Settings (gear icon) on the far left.
Click the TeamCity Triggers within the WORKFLOW section

Enter username, password, and the main URL for TeamCity
Make sure that it can connect by clicking Test Connection

When the connection is successful you well get a message below the Connection Information header, and the next section below will be come visible.

Select the drop down for the build configurations.

Select the configuration you would like to be triggered, and click save.
