Now running .envrc to get tokens is unnecessary and it is only responsible for setting up terraform s3-backend. If you don't run it, then the terraform state is just stored in the catalog with copied example.
It is enough to export NEBIUS_PROJECT_ID or just set iam_project_id in terraform.tfvars and you can run terraform apply in one go.
The old ways to pass terraform or environment variables should still work.
