At the moment no resources are defined or the option to add resources is available in the Neo4j reverse proxy helm chart.
This change add the possibility to define this in the values file.

Hi,

The Sysdig check is failing on this PR but the GitHub UI doesn't show any details about the failure.
Could you please check the Sysdig Secure dashboard and let me know what policy violation is occurring?

The changes add resource limits/requests to the reverse proxy container with sensible defaults.
The rendered manifest looks correct and follows the same patterns as other charts in this repo.

Any guidance on what needs to be fixed would be greatly appreciated.
