This is a BC update to use HTTPlug. We still use the Guzzle adapter.

Instead we are using the Configuration implementations or mixed. We throw exceptions on places that would have generated Errors if the wrong Configuration implementation was provided.
Avoid using ConfigInterface since it does not provide any type safety
Updated docs of how to configure a client
phpunit.xml is reserved to be for the local environment only.
Renamed phpunit.xml to phpunit.xml.dist
