I think most of this doc will have to be refactored/re written into one of the main tutorial sections in the new docs.

@efiacor , @Catalin-Stratulat-Ericsson this content is still relevant, however a bit overlapping with https://github.com/nephio-project/docs/blob/main/content/en/docs/neo-porch/3_getting_started/installing-porch.md
We still need to document how to install the per-requisits of Porch, like Gitea and so on.

Independently from the docs refactoring we need to continue the proofreading work. How should we organize this, so both of them can go in parallel?
