Currently when ordering a domain you can pick custom contact, which is very beneficial if domain needs a different owner.
This does not currently work as intended. It puts puts the details of custom contact but not the VAT ID/business ID. That is instead the current owner. This is bad because you can have a business with incorrect business ID.
This PR fixes the issue.
