Merging devel branch to master
Fixes #319. When running dragon(), the output matrices (cov, prec, ggm) now carry the column names from the input layer1 and layer2 as both row and column names. Added two tests: one verifying names are propagated when present, and one verifying the function still works when inputs have no column names.

DRAGON fix was accidentally merged into master, not devel. Merging from master into devel to sync the branches.
