This resolves #244
Tested on apic 6.1.3g
Null provider was added in order to track the need for recreation of the domain binding if ipam enablement changes. In my testing, the api did not handle this and throws an error stating that the object could not have that attribute changed without recreating the object. If there is a better way to force a lifecycle replacement of an object that is already in use, please advise as I was not able to find another example of this in the existing code.
