taskgroups (list): ~200 task read/write/execute/debug attributes covering all IOS XR subsystems (BGP, OSPF, ISIS, AAA, QoS, L2VPN, MPLS, etc.)
usergroups (list): group name, taskgroup references, inherits
password_policies (list): full password policy attributes
