Description

Updated app constants, moved typedefs to src/lib/types/appConstants.js. Updated references in Badges.svelte, LegalNav.svelte, and MetaTags.svelte. Complete refactor of PostHog to utilize reactive stores with src/lib/stores/posthog.js. Updated Privacy Policy, Privacy Dashboard, +layout.svelte, as well as other supporting files, accordingly.
