Replace tutorial notebook

This notebook still has much information from the original one regarding the CV problem we tackle.
The current UX to run tutorial is as follows:

• start MLflow server (from dashboard)
• start Jupyter server (from dashboard, with integrated MLFlow server)
• run notebook till in-job deployments
• start in-job-deployment app (from dashboard, when the App is added)
• deploy model

wdyt on this? I could remove most of the CV-related information leaving minimal comments and code @dalazx
