This PR adjusts the position of the 'Go to Project Screen', closes #609. When doing this I noticed that the it shows before a central connection is set up, which is confusing as it isn't clear you need to set up the central connection before proceeding. Now, this button only shows when the central connection is sucessfully set up, for
ssh,awsandgdrive.
