Updates to the OSW page

Why is this PR needed?

The OSW page needs to be updated ahead of time, to make sure it contains all relevant info that can be public.

What does this PR do?

• Adds general pre-requisites that are relevant for the entire week. For specific pre-requisites attendees are re-directed to each Track's page. I'be added SLEAP and movement installation instructions to the Animals in Motion page.
  @alessandrofelder I haven't included any specialised software requirement for BrainGlobe and Big Imaging Data, but feel free to push here, if any is needed.
• The descriptions for Careers Clinic and Hackday have been copied from the Google Doc we'll share with attendees. It's duplication of information, but I thought it would hurt for this info to be public. @IgorTatarnikov and @lauraporta, if you wish to add more info on "Intro to Python" and "Collaborative coding with git" (beyond what is currently available), please do so under the corresponding dropdowns as is done for the other satellite events (you are welcome to push here).
• I've updated the card image for "Animal in Motion" (to show more diverse species), and added link to the website with the course materials.

@adamltyson, is there any other info that we should add to the website ahead of time?

How has this PR been tested?

Local sphinx build, I also recommend reviewing it in that way.
