Changed status setting for no-scanjob pattern, simplified the scanjob map, embeded scan button into resource table's table actions

For github issue #61 and #72

Scan can be triggered and the status changes into "Scheduled" by backend.
Now the test is pending on the whole life cycle of scan. There is a issue #86 can be tracked
