1. npm install
2. npm install -g nexmo-cli@beta
3. nexmo ac "Click to Call" example.com/answer example.com/events --type=rtc --keyfile=private.key
4. nexmo uc name=demo
5. rename example.env to .env and update the values
6. Update the values in Nexmo Dashboard for your application and number
