@QuentinGilleron you have wrongly uploaded a certificate
we need the certificate signing request
please do not reuse a previous private key that you may have used to generate this certificate

Thanks! I replaced the uploaded file with the correct CSR (
simplehabittracker/simplehabittracker.csr) and generated a fresh private
key as requested.
