Hi everyone!
Arawa spoke with @sualko (Klaus Herbert) about becoming the new owner of the cloud_piwik app (as we did with the cloud_bbb app with him).
Indeed, @sualko no longer has time to maintain it and agreed that we would take over ownership.
As the project was on its personal github, and as he doesn't respond anymore on it, we forked the project into Arawa repository and renamed it to "cloud_matomo" : https://github.com/arawa/cloud_matomo.
