better version of FileSystem::isLockedFile taken over from https://github.com/owncloud/client/blob/master/src/common/filesystembase.cpp#L482 adapted our existing code to work with it Signed-off-by: Matthieu Gallien <matthieu.gallien@nextcloud.com>
