fix: set Create row modal size to match edit modal

I suppose that when updating the styles of the “edit” form, they forgot about the “create” form.

Thanks for this. I'm already fixing these problems at #1621. I'll wait for that to be merged and see if this PR improves anything else, since I see there are styling changes
