Version 25.10.0 introduces some small changes
and one change in directives. Version 25.10.0 introduces a new ProcessBuilder where directives are stored.
So idea is nf-nomad version 0.4.x to be compatible with >=25.10.0 versions and 0.3.x with <=24.10
closes #110
