Proposed changes

This PR adds Lab 1 of the NGINX One workshops to the product docs.

Changes made:

  • Removed all screenshots and rewrote surrounding text with descriptive instructions.
  • Rephrased all headings in imperative tone.
  • Rewrote conceptual areas for simplicity and clarity.
  • Reorganized steps into more digestible sections and bulleted steps.
  • Aligned with F5 Modern Voice and NGINX style standards: plain English, direct verbs, contractions, no anthropomorphism, and inclusive tone.
  • Used approved terms from the style guides and simplified phrasing to remove complexity, wordiness, and maintenance risks.
