Updated Debian and Ubuntu package name

Proposed changes

We (DocOps) appreciate your interest in contributing to documentation, but must decline the content change of this particular PR.

All packages listed in our documentation either come from internal sources or have been verified and tested as secure by F5: there is a list of available Plus modules on the Dynamic Modules page.

You may want to look at the community-ran awesome-nginx repository as somewhere to list this package.
