docs: update the NAP and NIM versions for new NIM NAP compiler

Proposed changes

• Updated the compatibility matrices in Technical Specifications for NGINX App Protect Releases 4.15.0 and 5.7.0. Also updated the nms-nap-compiler versions that correspond to those NAP releases.
• Also mentioned that the Security Monitoring is now part of NIM instead of a separate module.

Testing: Tested locally with preview.
