* TestFixtureSetUp becomes OneTimeSetUp * TestFixtureTearDown becomes OneTimeTearDown * Use OneTimeSetUp & OneTimeTearDown for LinqReadonlyTestsContext * Mark assemblies with [assembly: LevelOfParallelism(0)] attribute to preserve old LinqReadonlyTestsContext behavior
