redfish-finder bugfix/enhancement release

new release with following changes:

• Add support for multiple type 42 SMBIOS blocks (as per updated spec)
• Fix exception raised when SMBIOS reports a null hostname for the redfish interface
• Minor cleanup of exception handling in response to errors raised when running on a non-redfish system
