Description

This makes the following changes:

• Amends the README to reflect that Playwright is now a mainstream tool on the NHS England Tech Radar.
• Amends the LICENCE to reflect the current year.
• Amends the example tests to use a fixture by default, as this is more realistic for how tests would be written.

Context

Corrects information that is out of date and promotes good practice.
