Create a basic example which shows how to create a Streamlit app and dynamically open/update it using nipanel package.

Manually ran the example.
NOTE: You will have to install nipanel package into the virtual environment prior to opening the Streamlit app
Launch the Streamlit app by navigating to http://localhost:8501 in a browser
