I'm Nico — Lead Software Engineer at @Resideo, based in Austin.

Been building software for over twenty years now. Started with PHP and MySQL back in '05, picked up iOS development early on, and it stuck. Spent time at Match, Shyp, Synack, and American Airlines before landing at Resideo, where I lead mobile engineering. Most of my work these days is in Flutter.

Weekends have been all about multi-agent orchestration — wiring up swarms of AI agents that collaborate on real codebases. Basically a tiny autonomous software shop where agents claim tasks, write code, review each other's work, and keep things moving without much babysitting.

Current stats from the hobby bench:

• 2 active rigs running (parallel workstreams)
• 2,630 work items tracked across projects
• ~61% completion rate — 1,597 done, 731 still in the pipeline
• 55 commits landed
• Up to 9 unique agent contributors on a single project — mayors, deacons, workers, witnesses, the whole crew 😄

Built on OpenClaw with custom orchestration layers on top. Still firmly in weekend-science-experiment territory, but it's getting weirdly productive.
