This PR adds a new “Code Style & Best Practices” section to CONTRIBUTING.rst.
The goal is to provide contributors with clearer guidance on coding conventions, documentation expectations, and general best practices. This should help reduce review friction and make contributions more consistent and maintainable.
No functional code changes are included.
