Work in progress:

  • pull request uses old version of the code so we have to make sure that new version of the code is used where needed
  • review rmin : what is effect and do we run into any problems if we let rmin to be smaller than what used to be case until now? Check high ell cases too.
  • make API compatible with existing API
  • find numerical value of corePolRc for all alkali atoms

Demonstration of modified getRadialMatrixElements accounting for core polarizability in cesium.
Modified to enable core polarizability effect to be included in calculation of radial matrix elements.  Note that this change does not yet propagate to other functions that rely on getRadialMatrixElement such as getReducedMatrixElement, getDipoleMatrixElement, getRabiFrequency2, and getRabiFrequency, because these do not include the requisite optional arguments rmin and corePolRc.
Merging to do cleanup before integration with main branch.
